Suggestion: These documents are still pretty raw. Browse, but only download the files marked with stars. That means they have been edited at least once since posting. If you do download any of these files, check the update log occasionally before using your copy to be sure you have the latest version. The files have a version number (e.g. V807 = Version: July, 2008) at the top of the page. These are draft documents that will continue to evolve as I edit, fix errors, and add new material.
